In late April, a movie was released directed by Jeff Gibbs and produced by Michael Moore. It’s all about this topic of taking responsibility for our demise while simultaneously shirking it. A powerful film to say the least.

It includes some footage of me playing with my (then) band at a festival called Solarfest in Vermont in 2005.

Of course, I knew about the film and had granted permission for use of this footage—the background music when he’s interviewing the stage hands is me performing live on stage, so it was just good timing—but thanks to the dozens of people who have notified me in case I didn’t realize I was in it. (Very kind of you all!)

I’m happy to be involved—even in this happenstance way—in such an important film at this point in our human history.
